K1Forge — Purchase and Refund Terms

1. Seller and contact details

K1Forge is provided by VikingSoft OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia. Registry code: 14840880. VAT number: EE102458136. Address: Vesivärava tn 50-201, Tallinn, 10152, Estonia. Website: https://k1forge.com. Support, payment enquiries and refund requests: info@k1forge.com.

These terms cover purchases of Pro and AI token packages. You need an account to purchase. If you purchase on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. Provide accurate buyer information and maintain access to your account.

2. What K1Forge provides

K1Forge is a software tool for creating and modifying interfaces with AI. AI tokens measure use of the service's AI features. They are not cryptocurrency, an investment asset or a means of payment outside K1Forge and cannot be exchanged for money except through refunds under these terms or applicable law.

Through APIs that you connect, K1Forge also lets you create trading interfaces and send supported commands, including placing and cancelling orders, with your confirmation. You select the connection, its permissions and the command parameters. K1Forge does not provide personal investment recommendations, act as your broker or a counterparty to exchange transactions, or accept funds for trading. You make trading decisions; execution depends on the external service. No financial outcome is guaranteed.

AI can make mistakes. Review and test generated results and code before using them, especially before sending trading commands. Availability of individual connections and servers depends on compatibility, external service conditions and the permissions you provide. Subscriptions, charges and services of exchanges, brokers and other external providers are separate and subject to their own terms.

Bank card payments and creation of custom sources are not currently offered. Features described as upcoming are not included in a current purchase.

3. Plans, allowances and prices

All prices below are final USD prices including applicable taxes. No taxes are added on top of these prices.

The Pro allowance replaces the Free allowance: 500,000, not 600,000, tokens per day. Daily allowance already used that day counts towards the Pro allowance when upgrading. There is no separate monthly token grant.

The daily allowance resets at 00:00 UTC. Unused daily tokens do not roll over. Daily tokens are used first, followed by purchased tokens. Pro does not provide a fixed outbound IP address.

Packages are available on both plans:

Purchased tokens accumulate and have no expiry date. Changing plans, daily resets and expiry of Pro do not remove them. A package does not include or extend Pro or unlock Code or additional servers.

The selected package and its price are recorded in the order; actual credited tokens are recorded separately in the credit history. Later price changes do not shorten a paid period or reduce an acquired balance.

The packages above remain available as preset amounts. For token top-ups, the number credited is based on the confirmed amount actually received, even when it is lower or higher than the selected invoice amount. For a total confirmed USD equivalent below USD 36 within one order, the base price is USD 4 per 100,000 tokens. From USD 36 per order, a 10% discount on the base price applies to the entire amount: USD 36 credits 1,000,000 tokens. The discount does not apply to Pro and is not combined across separate orders.

For cryptocurrency, the USD equivalent uses the fixed invoice quote: divide the confirmed cryptocurrency received by that invoice's cryptocurrency amount and multiply by its USD price. The quote is not recalculated using current market prices. K1Forge pays the processing commission. Your wallet's sending fee is separate; credits are calculated from the amount received by the payment invoice.

The token total is rounded down to a whole token. Multiple confirmed receipts for one order are combined; repeated notifications about the same receipt do not generate duplicate credits. Additional payments credit only the difference between the new cumulative token total and tokens already issued. For example, USD 10 credits 250,000 tokens, USD 20 credits 500,000, USD 36 credits 1,000,000, and USD 40 credits 1,111,111. This rule applies to token top-ups only; Pro pricing and conditions remain unchanged.

4. Pro term and manual renewal

Pro is prepaid for one calendar month from purchase confirmation. This is not a fixed 30-day period. If the corresponding date does not exist in the next month, its last day is used; the original calendar day is preserved for subsequent renewals. Your account shows the expiry date.

Renewal is manual. There is no automatic renewal or automatic debit from your wallet. An early renewal adds a month to the existing paid expiry date. A purchase after expiry starts a new period. Renewal does not grant future daily allowances in advance.

When Pro expires, Free applies. Purchased tokens, workspaces, settings and history remain. Access to manual Code application and additional server features follows your current plan. Expiry or refund of Pro does not itself close trading positions, cancel external orders or switch your connections.

5. Orders, payment and confirmation

Before payment you can review the product, final price and these terms. For Pro, the contract is concluded when full payment is confirmed. For token top-ups, confirmed payment credits tokens proportionally under section 3. At your request, Pro or tokens are provided immediately after confirmation. This does not remove your 14-day refund right described below.

Cryptocurrency payments are processed by Plisio, with payment instructions displayed inside K1Forge. Use the currency, network, address, amount and deadline of the specific invoice you select. Its cryptocurrency amount is determined for that invoice and displayed before you transfer funds. Your wallet or network may charge a separate sending fee; this is not an additional K1Forge tax or charge.

Tokens are credited after server-side confirmation of the amount actually received. Unconfirmed transfers are not credited. Pro requires confirmation of full payment. Returning from the payment page does not by itself confirm payment. For delays, disputed payments or missing credits, contact info@k1forge.com with the order number. Transfers to the wrong network or address may be technically unrecoverable; we will check available options without promising recovery.

Your purchase confirmation includes seller, buyer, order and payment details and the version of these terms you accepted. It is provided as a downloadable file that you can save; a copy can be obtained from your account or support. Keep it for future reference. An order confirmation does not replace a tax invoice where the law requires one.

Documents download only when you select a download button; no automatic download takes place.

6. Refunds within 14 days

You may withdraw from each Pro purchase, renewal or token package and receive a full refund by sending a request within 14 calendar days after confirmation of payment. For token top-ups, the period is based on the latest confirmed receipt for that order. The period starts on the day after confirmation; sending your request before the end of its last day is sufficient. This policy applies to both individual and business buyers.

You do not need to give a reason. We do not deduct charges for tokens or Pro days already used, and immediate use does not require you to waive your refund right.

When processing a refund, we remove unused entitlements from that purchase only:

• for a package, its unused remainder is cancelled; used tokens do not become a debt or negative balance and are not deducted from other purchases;
• for Pro, the period granted by the refunded purchase is removed; other paid periods are preserved and recalculated if necessary;
• results already created, workspaces and other purchases remain. If no other paid Pro period remains, Free continues to apply.

Refunds are processed manually, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the request. Cryptocurrency is refunded in the same currency and network, in the quantity accepted in payment for the refunded order. This returns the original cryptocurrency quantity rather than converting at a new USD exchange rate. Another method is possible with your express agreement and without additional cost to you.

We cover the outgoing refund network fee and do not deduct our payment processing fees. An original wallet or network sending fee that we did not receive as payment for the order is not part of the refund. For token top-ups, the entire amount received is credited under section 3, including amounts above the selected package. Pro overpayments are handled separately and do not automatically extend Pro.

To send the refund safely, we agree the address and network with you and may request reasonable evidence linking you to the order. A transaction's sending address is not always suitable for a refund, for example when you paid through an exchange. Passwords, API keys and seed phrases are never needed.

7. How to submit a request

Use the withdrawal or refund request function in your account's billing area, or write to info@k1forge.com. If you cannot access your account, email remains available. Any clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase is sufficient; using a particular form is optional.

An online request receives a confirmation that you can save, including the contents, date and time of the request. For email requests, we acknowledge receipt by replying. Keep your request and its acknowledgement. Acknowledging a request does not mean that a cryptocurrency transfer has already been completed.

8. Errors, complaints and statutory rights

After 14 days, you may still report an incorrect payment, an uncredited purchase or a service that does not conform to the contract. Contact info@k1forge.com. We will investigate the issue and applicable remedies, including correction, a price reduction or a refund where required by law. We respond to written consumer complaints within 15 days; this does not extend the separate 14-day refund deadline in section 6.

These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights, including an extended withdrawal period where legally required information was not provided. If we cannot resolve a dispute, a consumer may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee, if the dispute falls within its jurisdiction, or a competent court. Estonian law applies, while preserving mandatory consumer protection under the applicable law of your country of residence.

9. Results, external services and permitted use

You retain rights in the materials you provide. As between you and VikingSoft OÜ, rights in results generated for you belong to you to the extent permitted by law; we assign any such rights that arise for us to you to the same extent. This does not override third-party rights, included component licences or provider restrictions. AI results may not be unique and may not always qualify for copyright protection. Purchasing does not transfer ownership of the K1Forge platform, its software or existing components.

You permit processing of the materials you provide to the extent necessary to carry out your requests and provide the service. Use only materials, accounts and APIs that you are entitled to use. Follow the applicable terms of connected providers, the payment service and component licences. These terms do not replace a separate notice about processing personal data.

Do not use K1Forge for unlawful activity, infringement of others' rights, distributing malicious code or bypassing security or payment controls. Confirmed abuse or a security threat may result in access restrictions to the extent necessary; this does not remove mandatory rights or prevent legitimate claims from being considered.

A new version of these terms applies to new purchases after acceptance and does not worsen the terms of an existing order. The Russian and English versions are intended to have the same meaning; a translation discrepancy does not restrict a buyer's rights.
